Our Operations

Transparency is important to us. Here's a look at the principles and procedures that guide our camp every day, ensuring a safe, structured, and fun experience for everyone.

Participating families will have access to a full copy of our opeations manual with a detailed breakdown of all our procedures, schedules, and policies.

Section 1: Staffing & Organization

Our staffing model is designed for high-quality coaching and supervision, with a 1:1 coach-to-team ratio and dedicated logistical leads for each age group.

Section 2: Weekly Schedule & Daily Flow

The camp week is structured around four days of tournament play and one excursion day. We balance skill development with gameplay to keep campers engaged. View a sample schedule here.

Section 3: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

We have detailed, documented procedures for camper check-in/out (using a secure app), inclement weather, and a multi-level medical emergency action plan to ensure camper safety at all times.

Section 4: Tournament Structure

Our unique tournament format encourages teamwork and broad social interaction. While team names are persistent, campers are assigned to a new team each week, giving them the opportunity to work with a new group of peers.

Section 5: Awards & Recognition

We're always looking to find ways to recognize good work by all our players. Each week we highlight some really positive interactions based on concepts of honouring the game, teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership as well as celebrate the team that gathered the most points that week

Section 6: Equipment & Logistics

A detailed listing of the equipment needed to run the camp as well as the "take home" equipment our campers and coaches recieve.

Section 7: Staff Roles & Responsibilities

Every staff member has a clearly defined role, from the Camp Director overseeing the entire operation to the Field Leads managing cohort logistics and Coaches delivering positive, front-line instruction.
